JJWins Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and JJWins ("jjwins", "the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all access to and use of the jjwins website, mobile platform, and all associated services including gaming, deposits, withdrawals, and promotions.

By completing registration on jjwins, by making a deposit, or by placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, and the jjwins Privacy Policy — all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

JJWins reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jjwins will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this document reflects when the Terms were last updated.

Eligibility

To register and use the jjwins platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JJWins strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time and failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension.
• You must be accessing jjwins from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether using jjwins is lawful in your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have a currently active self-exclusion arrangement with jjwins or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, organisation, or employer.
• You must not have had a previous jjwins account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one jjwins account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering on jjwins you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. JJWins may request identity verification documents at any point in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Common documents requested include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or NICOP for overseas Pakistanis.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjwins account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. JJWins will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact jjwins support immediately.

Account usernames must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or misleading language. JJWins reserves the right to require a username change at its discretion.

Deposits

JJWins accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No other payment methods are accepted.

The minimum deposit on jjwins is Rs 200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may be subject to a brief verification review. Deposit limits may be adjusted for individual accounts in accordance with responsible gaming obligations or as notified to the player.

• All deposited funds are credited in PKR to your jjwins wallet.
• JJWins does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside jjwins's control.
• Deposits made by Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically credited within 30 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Deposits made with funds that are not your own, or made on behalf of a third party, are strictly prohibited.
• JJWins reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is associated with fraudulent activity, a chargeback history, or a violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their jjwins wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Funds subject to active wagering requirements from bonuses are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. JJWins may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Withdrawals processed within 3–5 minutes. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Withdrawals processed within 5–10 minutes. Available 24/7.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Withdrawals processed within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours. Weekends and public holidays may extend this to the next business day for some banks.
• Visa/Mastercard: Withdrawals processed within 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

JJWins does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees applied by the receiving institution are the responsibility of the player. JJWins reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraud.

Bonuses and Promotions

JJWins offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is awarded or made available. In addition, the following general bonus terms apply across all jjwins promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your jjwins account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, where applicable, will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• JJWins reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus and are actively working through wagering requirements will be notified if material changes affect their specific bonus.
• Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting promotion mechanics — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended.
• Referral programme rewards are subject to the specific terms of the jjwins Refer a Friend programme.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on jjwins operate according to game-specific rules that are displayed within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand these rules before playing. The following general gameplay terms apply to all games on the jjwins platform:

• All game outcomes on jjwins are determined by an independently audited certified random number generator (RNG). Results are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed in the game interface before any bet is placed. These limits may be adjusted by jjwins at any time with reasonable notice.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the jjwins platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In the event of a technical fault during gameplay that prevents a result from being determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• JJWins reserves the right to void any bet that is placed following a technical error in odds or game parameters.
• Winnings are credited to your jjwins PKR wallet immediately upon the confirmation of a game result.

For virtual sports betting, the results of all simulated events are produced by the same certified RNG system. Historical results of virtual events have no bearing on future outcomes — each event is entirely independent.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jjwins platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended and their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one jjwins account.
• Providing false or misleading identity information at any point, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Using the platform on behalf of another person, as an agent, or for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from jjwins.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the jjwins platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jjwins deposits and withdrawals to cycle funds through the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or software vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jjwins support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Engaging in any activity that jjwins, in its reasonable judgment, considers harmful to the platform, its players, or its operations.

Responsible Gaming

JJWins is committed to responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options — all available in your jjwins account settings.

Self-exclusion is available to any player who wishes to restrict access to their jjwins account. A self-exclusion request can be submitted through customer support. Once applied, a self-exclusion arrangement cannot be reversed for the minimum period requested. JJWins will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly and will not actively market to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.

JJWins will never extend credit to players. All bets must be funded from available wallet balance. The platform will take reasonable steps to identify problem gambling behaviour and may contact players or restrict accounts where there are serious welfare concerns.

Privacy and Data

JJWins collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at jjwins.app/privacy-policy. By registering on jjwins, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for the purposes of operating your jjwins account, processing transactions, complying with KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, providing customer support, and — with your consent — communicating promotions and platform updates. JJWins will never sell your personal data to third parties.

JJWins uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all connections to the platform. Payment data is processed securely and is not stored in readable form on jjwins servers. All data handling practices are designed to meet the standards expected of a responsible financial services provider operating in Pakistan.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjwins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities due to technical faults, or losses arising from decisions made based on platform content.

JJWins's total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your jjwins wallet at the time the claim arises.

JJWins makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. JJWins will not be liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, whether planned or unplanned, provided that reasonable steps are taken to restore service promptly.

• JJWins does not guarantee any specific gaming outcome or winnings amount.
• JJWins is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to read or understand game rules or bonus terms.
• JJWins is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by the player's bank or payment provider.

Account Suspension and Closure

JJWins reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Use of the platform by a player who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Player request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, the balance may be forfeited. If the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be returned to the player promptly.

Players who wish to close their jjwins account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned via the player's most recently used withdrawal method, provided all verification requirements have been met.

Amendments to These Terms

JJWins may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, jjwins will provide advance notice via registered email addresses or in-platform notifications.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the jjwins platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using jjwins and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the agreement — may be made without prior notice.
